This kit is a 1/23 scale flying model and qualifies for Society of Antique Modelers (SAM) competitions. The Helldiver was a carrier-based dive bomber produced for the US Navy during WWII. It sank more enemy aircraft in the Pacific war than any other US or Allied aircraft.
